A light and refreshing treat made with Greek yogurt, honey, and topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and honey together until well blended.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper.
  4. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, and granola.
  5. Freeze until firm, for at least 2-3 hours.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
