  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Add the shrimp and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating: In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dredge the marinated shrimp in this mixture until well coated.
  3. Fry the shrimp: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
