Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the water and olive oil, stirring gently until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each piece for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dips or use as a wrap.

Notes

Make sure to knead the dough well for better texture. If the dough is too sticky, add a small amount of flour, one tablespoon at a time.
