A delightful Easy Tuna Spread that transforms canned tuna into a creamy, flavorful spread perfect for snacks or meals.

  • 2 (5 oz) cans Tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (creamy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper (ground fresh)
  • 1/4 Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 – 1 Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard (yellow or Dijon)

Instructions

  1. Drain and fluff the tuna by opening the cans, draining excess liquid, and using a fork to break it into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine the creamy base by mixing the mayonnaise and mustard until well combined.
  3. Season the mix by adding salt and black pepper, then stir to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  4. Add fresh ingredients by folding in the red onion, cilantro, and green chili, adjusting chili to your heat preference.
  5. Final fluff the spread by gently incorporating the drained tuna into the creamy mixture, taking care to keep tuna chunks intact.
