These Easy Homemade Meatballs are a comforting classic, featuring ground chicken for a lighter twist. Perfect for any occasion and paired with marinara sauce.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Bake the meatballs in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot from the oven with marinara sauce.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
