A delicious pasta dish featuring garlic-infused steak and creamy tortellini, perfect for a comforting weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese, stirring gently to coat everything.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak. Adjust garlic to preference.
