A simple and flavorful garlic shrimp dish that brings a taste of Hawaii to your dinner table.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Steamed broccoli for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the shrimp with salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve the garlic shrimp over a bed of steamed broccoli.
