Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
  4. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle oil over the florets.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm as an appetizer.
