A creamy Chicken Alfredo Bake with pasta, chicken, and topped with melted cheese and crispy breadcrumbs, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese, then scatter this mixture over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
