A delightful summer treat combining fresh strawberries with a creamy cheesecake filling topped with graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and drying them. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture generously.
  5. Add graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.

Notes

Best enjoyed within 2 days. Use softened cream cheese for easy blending.
