A warm and comforting casserole made with just five ingredients, perfect for bringing people together around the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken)
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns (Fresh hash browns can be used as well)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Can use cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain grease.
  3. Combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir until blended.
  4. Add the hash browns, folding them into the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
