Delicious homemade veggie pizza topped with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Brush olive oil over the dough and spread an even layer of tomato sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Arrange the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini on top of the cheese.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
