Ingredients

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 medium Apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Spirulina Powder
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey, Agave, or Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients together.
  2. Prepare the fruits by peeling the banana, coring and chopping the apple, and chopping the pineapple.
  3. Measure the cauliflower florets, protein powder, spirulina powder, and any optional sweetener.
  4. Blend all the prepared ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fill two ice cube trays with the blended smoothie.
  6. Freeze the smoothie cubes for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. Store the frozen cubes in a freezer-safe bag or container.
  8. Make your smoothie by placing a few cubes in a glass and adding juice or milk.
  9. Blend the cubes with the liquid until smooth.

Notes
