A luxurious chocolate croissant casserole that combines buttery croissants and rich chocolate chips, perfect for cozy breakfasts and gatherings.

  • 6 croissants, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread the croissant pieces evenly in the greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips generously over the croissant pieces.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and chocolate chips.
  6. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak in.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
