  • 2 cups carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced apples and grated carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chopped walnuts and raisins to the bowl.
  3. Prepare the creamy dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and orange juice in a separate bowl.
