Juicy burgers blended with perfectly seasoned beef and crispy bacon, topped with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and your choice of toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the ground beef, cooked and chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into equal parts and shape them into patties.
  4. Cook the patties on your preheated grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast the buns on the grill for a minute or two until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers with toasted buns, fresh lettuce, tomato, and the crispy burger patty.
  7. Serve the burgers hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, try adding shredded cheese or spices like smoked paprika to the meat mixture.
