  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp lime juice

  1. Prepare the Flour Mixture: In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the Salmon: Take your salmon pieces and dredge them in the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Create a Coating: Dip the flour-coated salmon pieces into the beaten eggs.
  4. Coat with Breadcrumbs: Roll the salmon pieces in the breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
