Deliciously crunchy roasted chickpeas that make a perfect snack or salad topper.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
