Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 ounces of Boursin cheese (or any soft herbed cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like chives or thyme), for garnish
  • Optional: toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Lay the slices of prosciutto on the parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Prepare the serving platter by spreading the Boursin cheese evenly on the bottom.
  6. Remove the prosciutto from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  7. Break the crispy prosciutto into smaller pieces or leave them whole based on your preference.
  8. Arrange the crispy prosciutto on top of the Boursin cheese, creating a beautiful display.
  9. Drizzle honey generously over the prosciutto and cheese.
  10. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of color and flavor.
  11. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crackers on the side.
