Deliciously crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these potato balls are perfect for sides or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the mashed potatoes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
