  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (can substitute with Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated for best taste)
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers (can use gluten-free crackers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and optional onion powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Crush the Ritz crackers in a zip-top bag until fine crumbs form.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the creamy mixture, then roll in crushed crackers.
  5. Arrange the coated tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
