A delectable sandwich featuring crispy fried chicken in spicy buffalo sauce, topped with creamy ranch slaw, perfect for gatherings.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a cup of buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine 1 cup of flour with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce after removing from oil.
  5. Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and ranch dressing in a bowl to make the slaw.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches with buffalo chicken and a generous scoop of ranch slaw on buns.
  7. Serve the sandwiches immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers.
