Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey glaze, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Heat honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed.
  7. Toss the baked wings in the honey hot sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve with celery and carrot sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
