Delightful crispy chicken bites that are quick to prepare, packed with flavor, and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  3. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Drizzle the chicken pieces with olive oil.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley in a separate bowl.
  7. Dredge each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
