Transform firm tofu into golden, crispy nuggets using the air fryer for a delicious, healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve the crispy tofu hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or in salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
