Delicious crispy potato wedges made in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, removing any dirt.
  2. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 wedges.
  3. Season the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the wedges for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
