Crispy and creamy Crab Rangoon made with crescent roll dough, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Oil for frying (optional)
  • Sweet and sour sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil for frying in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or if frying, slide each roll into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
  6. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce, if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider adding a light dusting of breadcrumbs before baking or frying.
