A comforting bowl of pasta with a rich, creamy sauce combining spicy buffalo sauce and cool ranch dressing, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to the skillet; cook until heated through.
  4. Mix in ranch dressing and heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Adjust spicy level to taste by selecting milder buffalo sauce.
