A refreshing and creamy grape salad that combines sweet grapes and crunchy pecans, perfect for summer gatherings or as a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green seedless grapes (about 4 ½ cups)
  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes (about 4 ½ cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup toasted pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Rinse the green and red grapes under cool water, then pat them dry.
  3. Slice them in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  5. Beat the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour the creamy dressing over the grapes and gently fold until coated.
  7. Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the grape mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes
