A creamy and tangy sauce that elevates your burgers and can be used as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard in a medium bowl. Whisk until creamy and well-blended.
  2. Stir in pickle relish, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are seamlessly combined.
  3. Add hot sauce to taste if desired, stirring well to incorporate.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the sauce sit for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

For a sweeter version, add a teaspoon of sugar or honey. Adjust spices to your taste.
