  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and allow them to simmer for 10 minutes until the cream thickens.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter dish, substitute half the heavy cream with chicken broth or milk. Always taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
