Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Seasoning the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
