A zesty and creamy chicken salad with dill pickles and ranch seasoning, perfect for lunch or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, chopped pickles, diced celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until well coated with the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, either on greens or in a sandwich.

Notes

For extra crunch, add bell peppers or nuts. Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
