  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage, bell peppers, onions, and garlic; cook until the sausage is browned.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
