  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat and season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side to your desired doneness.
  4. Rest the steaks on a plate to allow the juices to redistribute.
