Sizzling boneless pork chops in a creamy garlic sauce that will wrap around your senses with each bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the butter is melted, place the pork chops in the skillet, searing them for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Once melted, introduce the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle in the flour and stir until it dissolves to help thicken the sauce.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, whisking continuously for about 2 minutes until the mixture simmers.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, raising heat slightly until it comes to a gentle boil. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  6. Return the seared pork chops to the skillet and let them simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Transfer the pork chops to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops with herbs before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
