A delicious, creamy dip that combines the tanginess of feta, the sweetness of roasted red peppers, and fresh herbs—perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and feta in a mixing bowl. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add the chopped roasted red peppers, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped herbs to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything well until fully incorporated and creamy.
