  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk and broth in a pot over medium heat.
