A luxurious chicken dish enveloped in a rich, creamy Boursin sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 each chicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5.2 ounce Boursin cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate to rest.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and stir, scraping up any delicious browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add the Boursin cheese to the skillet and whisk continuously until it has melted completely.
  8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Spoon the sauce generously over the chicken.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken and serve immediately.
