  • 1 pound Cajun sausage

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Sausage. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add the Aromatics. Next, add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  3. Combine Ingredients. Now, stir in the pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning.
