  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, allowing them to soak up all the flavor from the sauce.
  2. Mix the Creamy Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, diced onion, minced garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Combine the Sauce with Chicken: Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  4. Cook to Perfection: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Cook the Pasta: About 30 minutes before you’re ready to serve, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked and tender, shred it right in the slow cooker.
  7. Stir in Pasta and Cheese: Stir in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
