A comforting and indulgent dish combining creamy ranch, zesty buffalo sauce, tender meatballs, and perfectly cooked pasta, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb meatballs (frozen or homemade)
  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the meatballs according to package instructions; set aside once they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Sauté the garlic powder in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and uncooked pasta.
  4. Bring the concoction to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  5. Add in precooked meatballs, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For added texture, consider tossing in sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. For a lighter option, swap heavy cream for half-and-half.
