A quick and easy buffalo chicken pasta bake that combines the zesty goodness of buffalo sauce with rich creaminess, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 8 oz. penne pasta
  • 1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Shredded rotisserie chicken can be used to save time. Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of Buffalo sauce.
