  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add cooked chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and buffalo sauce; stir well.
  4. Add uncooked pasta.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  6. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
