A comforting plate of creamy pasta with crispy bacon and earthy mushrooms, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of milk or more cream to restore its creamy texture.
