  • 2 tbsp milk (to make the sauce creamy)
  • 2 tsp olive oil (for frying the chicken)
  • Cooking spray (for greasing the skillet)
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning (to season the chicken)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with adobo seasoning and let marinate. Coat skillet with cooking spray.
