A comforting and creamy hashbrown casserole that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the hashbrowns, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter in a large bowl.
  3. Season your mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge overnight. It can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
