  • 1 lb fresh crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crabmeat and chopped green onions until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter until well-coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crab mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
