Juicy ribeye steaks grilled to perfection and topped with a rich cowboy butter blend of garlic, herbs, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the softened butter with garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes after grilling.
  6. Top each steak with cowboy butter while warm and serve immediately.

Notes

Allow the steak to come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for best doneness.
