A light and airy dessert made with fresh strawberries and creamy cottage cheese, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, ripe strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cream: If using, gently fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
  3. Spoon and Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Garnish with Fresh Strawberries: Just before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes
